The end result from this experience when you make it, is that you have become a stronger,wiser person who is better off for going through what you went through. It will help you with future challenges you come across, they won’t seem so tough, you will conquer these with ease. (or at least easier than what you would have if you had not gone through your previous adversity).

Sometimes in life we don’t want to get out of our comfort zone, extend ourselves & dig deep to rise above what we are going through, but by doing this (sometimes you don’t have a choice) we become better people from this !
