If success in your chosen field was easy, everyone would do it. If you don’t encounter failures through your journey, you’ll never improve & learn. When set backs arrive, look at them from the right perspective, don’t let them get you down or give up. Every loss / failure will make you that bit better. Most people don’t succeed in their first few attempts, if they did, you wouldn’t appreciate success & the journey to get there. 

You need to fail multiple times to succeed !
