I have always been a big believer in this quote from legendary “B Ball Coach” – Phil Jackson. To be part of a team, you have to know the role you play in the team, be unselfish, be prepared to take a back seat sometimes for the team to be a success + give 100% to training & game day. When the team performs, is “running hot”, more opportunities arise for the individual who in turn will turn out a big game /performance.
