Is from an interview i heard from Cathy Hughes talking about career progression & business development, but can also be applied to any other field. Cathy Hughes is the founder of Radio One, which is one of the USA’s largest African American Broadcasting Companies.

This quote is a great example to use as motivation for;

• Longevity 
• To Progress Your Career, Hobby or Goal

It is easy to get in a comfort zone with where you are in your career, hobby, sport or interest. To reach our full potential, we have to grow, reach outside of our comfort zone, extend ourselves, be uncomfortable. Each time we do this makes us that bit better, stronger, experienced, helps us to get ahead of the rest !
